Offering your prayers and thanks into the bowl, then so do I.
We place the bowl into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then once ready, we place the bowl of herbs under a chair with a hole at the top.
You remove your underwear and wrap a sarong around your waist. Sit down gently & so no steam gets out, relax in privacy as the warm therapeutic steam with the benefits of the herbs and prayers heal, soothe and cleanse your womb space.
